One Bank has got approval from the regulator to issue a fully redeemable, non-convertible, unsecured floating rate subordinated bond worth Tk 400 crore.

The Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) has approved a proposal of Dutch-Bangla Bank Ltd (DBBL) for issuance of fully redeemable, non-convertible, unsecured floating rate subordinated bond of Tk 500 crore.

Brac Bank Limited has got the nod to issue a fully redeemable, non-convertible, unsecured floating rate subordinated bond worth Tk 700 crore.
