GEEKY Social launches AI platforms to track brand visibility

GEEKY Social, a Bangladesh-based digital advertising agency, has launched an artificial intelligence (AI) brand monitoring platform to track how companies appear in responses generated by AI tools.

The platform, called GEEKY AIQ, shows whether a brand is mentioned or recommended in AI-generated answers, how it is described, which competitors appear more frequently, and which sources may influence those responses.

The launch comes as consumers increasingly use AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini and Microsoft Copilot to research products, compare companies and seek recommendations before making purchases, according to a press release.

McKinsey’s March 2026 consumer research in Europe found that 38 percent of respondents used AI tools to research products and services or decide what to purchase.

Adobe’s 2026 Consumer Survey found that 24.9 percent of consumers cited AI-powered platforms among their most frequently used sources for information, purchase decisions or recommendations, compared with 21 percent for company and brand websites.

GEEKY AIQ tracks brand mentions, sentiment, competitive share of voice, citations and recommendation presence across relevant prompts. It is designed for brand managers, chief marketing officers and marketing teams, rather than technical specialists.

The platform identifies gaps where competing brands are repeatedly recommended while a particular brand is absent. It provides recommendations related to website information, content, citations, third-party mentions, digital public relations and brand authority.

Users can implement the recommendations internally or work with GEEKY Social on search engine optimisation, answer engine optimisation, content, digital PR and other digital discoverability services, according to the release.

The company describes the growing role of AI in purchasing decisions as creating a “robot consumer”, with AI systems influencing which brands enter consumers’ consideration sets and how those brands are represented before consumers visit them directly.

Developed in Bangladesh, GEEKY AIQ marks GEEKY Social’s expansion into marketing technology after more than a decade in digital marketing and brand discoverability.
