UCBD signs MoU with SSL Wireless
Universal College Bangladesh (UCBD) has recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with SSL Wireless, a reputed software development and fintech company, to equip students with hands-on professional expertise through real-life experience. The agreement was signed at the corporate office of SSL Wireless.
Under this agreement, UCBD students will gain access to opportunities leading to internships, career placement pipelines, specialised professional training and interactive industry-led knowledge-sharing sessions at SSL Wireless. This collaboration will also allow students to observe real-life projects, giving them firsthand experience in top-tier professional environments.
The agreement was signed by Kingshuk Gupta, Chief Operating Officer of UCBD, and Mohammad Saiful Islam, Head of Human Resources at SSL Wireless. The signing ceremony was also attended by Nashid Noureen, Deputy Manager, Human Resources, SSL Wireless, and Shah Yousha Ahmad, General Manager, Corporate Relations, STS Group.
Speaking on the initiative, Kingshuk Gupta stated, “Our priority at UCBD is to nurture job-ready graduates. Partnering with an organisation like SSL Wireless allows our students to step directly into real-world work environments, gain meaningful software skills and build competitive careers right from campus.”
