CU protests children repression

Teachers and students of Chittagong University yesterday formed a human chain protesting against the escalating repression of children, including Rakibul Islam and Samiul Islam Rajon murders, in the country.

Terming the murders barbaric, Dr Alauddin, chairman of anthropology department that organised the programme on the CU Central Shaheed Minar premises, demanded immediate and exemplary punishment for the perpetrators.
