Fake fertiliser factory unearthed

A fake fertiliser factory was unearthed by a mobile court with the help of law enforcers in Noymail area beside Bogra-Dhaka highway under Shajahanpur upazila of the district on Monday night. Acting on information, officials of the district administration and Rab-12 personnel conducted a drive in the area and unearthed a fake fertiliser factory named RMH Agro-Fertiliser and seized 2000 kgs of fake fertiliser from there. The court, led by Habibul Hasan Rumi, nezarat deputy collector (NDC) of Bogra, fined the owner of the factory, Abdur Rahim, 35, Tk 1.9 lakh.
