Pistol seized

Members of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) seized arms and ammunition from a crop field at Bivision village in Gomostapur upazila of the district yesterday. Acting on a tip off, a team of Bivision border observation post went to the field called Shishar math in the upazila at around 4:10am and recovered one pistol and one bullet, said Lt Col Zahid Hasan, Commanding Officer of BGB 43 Battalion in Naogaon. None has been arrested in this connection.
