Shafiq Tuhin releases new music video on his birthday

Lyricist, composer and singer Shafiq Tuhin has released the music video for his new song, “Tomay Dekhle Mone Hoy 2.0”, to mark his birthday on July 27.

Written and composed by Shafiq Tuhin, the duet features vocals by Haimanti Rakshit Das alongside the singer. Released under the Anupam Music banner, the music video has been directed by acclaimed filmmaker Chandan Roy Chowdhury.

The song incorporates the chorus of the iconic “Tomay Dekhle Mone Hoy”, originally written and composed by the late legendary musician Ahmed Imtiaz Bulbul for the 1996 film “Biyer Phool”. The rest of the composition is an original work by Shafik Tuhin.

Expressing his hopes for the release, Shafiq Tuhin said he believes “Tomay Dekhle Mone Hoy 2.0” will resonate with music lovers and receive the same warmth and appreciation as his previous works.
