Pori Moni to participate in Bangladesh Film Artistes’ Association elections

Popular actress Pori Moni has signed on as a candidate of Ilias Kanchan and Nipun's panel for the Bangladesh Film Artistes' Association elections, to be held on January 28. 

Actor Symon Sadik confirmed the news to The Daily Star.

Pori Moni became the talk of the town, as she announced that she tied the knot with actor Sariful Razz on October 17, last year. The couple is also expecting their first child. 

Pori Moni is known for standing by her fellow colleagues, in their times of need. Many in  the industry are happy to have her in the elections.
