The faculty members at Pabna University of Science and Technology (PUST) confined Vice Chancellor Md Rostom Ali to his office for four and half hours yesterday.

Professor Md Alamgir Kabir, proctor of Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, was relieved from his position yesterday due to personal grounds, said a circular signed by SUST Registrar Mohd Ishfaqul Hussain.
