Private cars and CNG

The government has decided to shut down the CNG filling stations for six hours a day in Dhaka city in order to meet the household demands. But I suggest the govt. stop the supply of CNG to private vehicles totally. It should be provided to public transports only, which are used by the general mass of the people. As CNG is cheaper, it inspires the rich and even the middle class people to buy cars by taking bank loans. So, the number of private cars is increasing in the city resulting in severe traffic jam. Even the law enforcing agencies are under tremendous pressure in handling the situation. I think the rich or the well-to-do should use diesel/petrol for their cars. A person who can buy a car with a huge amount of money has the capacity to buy the fuel also. If the govt. takes such a decision it will reduce traffic jams in the city right away.
