Expatriate youth stabbed to death
Unidentified miscreants stabbed a Saudi expatriate to death at Noapara village in Sadar upazila early yesterday.
The deceased is Shaista Mia, 26, of the village.
A gang of miscreants entered the house of the victim by breaking open the door at about 3:00am and attacked Shaista, said the deceased's brother Zahed Ahmed.
They also attacked Shaista's father Fokhrul Islam, 60, when he tried to resist them.
Fokhrul was admitted to Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College Hospital.
