HSC exam in all districts under Chattogram board postponed due to floods

The HSC and equivalent examinations scheduled for Wednesday in all districts under the Chattogram board have been postponed in view of the ongoing flood situation.

The Bangladesh Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee announced the decision in a notice on Tuesday, signed by Prof Syed Akhtaruzzaman, chairman of the committee.

The postponement applies to HSC, Alim, HSC (BMT), HSC (Vocational), and Diploma in Commerce examinations scheduled for July 8 in the three districts. 

However, exams under other education boards will be held as scheduled.

The revised schedule for the postponed examinations will be announced later, the committee said.
