Married since 1993, the two have built parallel careers in music and dance but have not previously appeared together as co-performers. Munmun Ahmed said the idea grew from audience interest in seeing a joint presentation. “We understand each other well. This kind of collaboration can create a distinct stage experience,” she said.

The event titled, “Amader Shroddhargho” was arranged in collaboration with Bangla Academy and Rewaz Performing & Arts Society.
