The makers of “Rockstar” have finally unveiled the film’s first song, “Piriti”, featuring vocals by Pantho Kanai. The peppy track offers audiences a glimpse into the troubled world of Shakib Khan’s character in the much-anticipated film.

Directed by Azman Rusho, “Rockstar” features Shakib Khan in the role of a professional musician rather than the action-driven characters often associated with the actor. For the role, he reportedly underwent a significant physical transformation and weight loss.

The Bangladesh Film Certification Board has suspended the certification of Shakib Khan starrer “Prince: Once Upon a Time in Dhaka” over allegations of adding unauthorised scenes and songs after receiving approval.

The 3-minute-30-second track unfolds like a series of vivid visual canvases, with the actor sporting long hair, earrings, and a multicolored embroidered jacket—marking a striking departure from his usual style.
