Saudi intercepts two missiles over Riyadh

Saudi Arabia's air defences intercepted two ballistic missiles over the capital Riyadh yesterday, state television said, the latest in a series of attacks claimed by Huthi rebels in neighbouring Yemen. Riyadh has long accused its regional rival Tehran of supplying the Huthis with ballistic missiles.
