UN ends month-long Libya talks in Tunisia

Month-long UN-backed talks aimed at bridging differences between rival Libyan factions ended on Saturday with no discernable progress towards stabilising the country. A month ago UN envoy Ghassan Salame announced an action plan for a transition toward presidential and parliamentary elections.
