Shibir cadres ransack IU treasurer's car
Islami Chhatra Shibir cadres yesterday ransacked the car of the treasurer on the campus of the Islamic University (IU) demanding his immediate removal.
They also staged demonstration to protest alleged corruption of Prof Mosharraf Hossain.
But the activists of Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (Momin group) protested the move and brought out a counter procession on the campus.
Meanwhile, the siege programme demanding the removal of Vice-Chancellor Prof Mustafizur Rahman and Treasurer Prof Mosharraf Hossain continued yesterday.
