Dhaka Bank opens sub-branch in Hemayetpur of Savar

Dhaka Bank PLC launched a Hemayetpur sub-branch under its Amin Bazar branch in Savar, Dhaka on Sunday.

This is the bank’s 40th sub-branch, according to a press release.

Md Mostaque Ahmed, deputy managing director and chief emerging marketing officer (CEMO) of the bank, inaugurated the sub-branch as the chief guest.

With the opening of the sub-branch, customers will have access to new features and improved banking services. Md Tipu Sultan, senior executive vice-president and head of the Islamic Banking Branch; HM Mustafizur Rahman, senior executive vice-president and head of the Retail Banking Division at the head office; and Altamas Nirjhor, executive vice-president and head of the General Service Division, attended the event.

Mohammad Hanif, proprietor of Hanif Enterprise; Zamal Sarker, former chairman of Tetuljhora Union Parishad; Md Moniruzzaman, manager of the bank’s Amin Bazar branch; and Md Abul Kalam Azad, in-charge of the Hemayetpur sub-branch, along with branch managers from the nearby region and other senior officials from the head office, were also present.
