British historian speaks at IUB

Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) in association with the Bangladesh Forum for Heritage Studies organised a guest lecture by Dr Rosaleen Mary Llewellyn-Jones on Thursday on the university campus in the capital.

Dr Rosaleen, internationally acclaimed British historian and a recipient of the member of the order of British Empire, spoke about her latest book "The Last King in India: Wajid Ali Shah".

A good numbers of students, teachers, academics and others distinguished professionals also attended the programme.
