Together We Can to stage inclusive musical performance ‘Dhoronir Gaan’

Quazi Nawshaba Ahmed’s non-profit organisation Together We Can is set to present an inclusive musical performance titled “Dhoronir Gaan” as part of the BotTala Theatre group’s 18th anniversary and Mustafa Monwar Children’s Theatre Festival.

The special music-and-dance presentation will take place on August 29 at 7pm at the Experimental Hall of Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy. The event will bring together artistes and children under the themes of compassion, humanity and hope.

“Dhoronir Gaan” has been conceived as an inclusive platform where specially abled artistes and children will perform alongside other artistes and children. Through music and dance, the initiative aims to promote equality, dignity, friendship and inclusion.

With “Healing is Our Offering to this World” as its central message, the programme aims to use music and performance as a means of fostering empathy, connection and acceptance.
