‘Maach’ to air on Maasranga Television

A trout (katla), weighing 10 kg, was especially brought from Khulna to the shooting location of the telefilm, "Maach".

Set in rural Bangladesh, "Maach" stars Rawnak Hasan, Ahsab Habib Nasim, and Moushumi Hamid among others. The cast and crew completed shooting for the production in Pubail recently.

"Maach is about the ordinary lives of people in rural areas. There are lots of twists and turns in the story, surrounding a fish," shares Rawnak Hasan, who also directed the telefilm.

Ahsan Habib Nasim shares that as per the demands of the script, the director decided to bring a trout on location.

Moushumi Hamid enjoyed her time on "Maach", as she has never worked with a fish before.

The telefilm has been produced for Maasranga Television.
