Noted Bollywood actor Suniel Shetty cannot stop marvelling at son Ahan Shetty's debut in director Milan Luthria's "Tadap".

Although as a father, Suniel was hopeful about the opening of his son's debut film, the numbers, he mentioned, surpassed all his expectations.

Although many might have come to the theatres to watch Ahan in "Tadap" because he is Suniel's son, the proud father noted that the script and music of "Tadap" played a part in people's interest in the movie. Suniel knew that they were going for an unusual plotline for Ahan's debut, and it paid off.

Ahan Shetty made his debut in director Milan Luthria’s “Tadap”.

Furthermore, Ahan seems to be far more confident and skilled in his first film than Suniel was in his debut film "Balwaan", 20 years ago.

"Ahan is 25 times better in Tadap than I was in 'Balwaan'. When I came into films I knew nothing about camera angles, cues, and dialogue delivery. Ahan has come prepared," Suniel told Indian media.

Earlier, Ahan told Indian media that he does not let the pressure of being a famous actor's son and comparisons with his father get to him.
