2 more die of dengue, 693 hospitalised in 24 hours

At least two dengue patients died and 693 others were hospitalised across Bangladesh in the 24 hours till 8:00am today, according to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).

The two deaths were reported from areas under the two Dhaka city corporations.

With the new deaths and cases, the country’s dengue death toll has risen to 65 and the total number of cases to 22,243.

Currently, 1,615 dengue patients are undergoing treatment at hospitals across the country.
