Summer Flow 2026: Two days to move, create, connect and heal

In a city where health often means prescriptions, test reports and hurried doctor visits, Summer Flow 2026 is asking Dhaka to look at wellbeing differently.

The two-day Flow Fest, scheduled for 21–22 August at Gulshan Shooting Club, will bring movement, food, rest, friendship, creativity and emotional wellbeing under one roof. At its heart is a simple message: feeling well is about more than being free from disease.

Visitors can take a free “Flow Score” to explore eight areas of their lives — movement, nutrition, mindfulness, rest, connection, gratitude, creativity and purpose — and discover what may need more attention.

Mental wellbeing will take centre stage through open conversations on men’s emotions, workplace exhaustion, cancer, stress and difficult experiences. Rather than formal lectures, the sessions are designed to encourage people to speak and listen without judgement.

The weekend will also feature an early-morning musical run through Hatirjheel, alongside yoga, martial arts, Bharatanatyam, salsa and Bollywood dance. Music, poetry, art and open-mic performances will add another dimension to the experience.

For an increasingly busy Dhaka, the idea feels timely: health may sometimes begin not with another test, but with moving, resting, creating, connecting — and simply talking.
