Farooque discharged from hospital
National Film Award-winning actor and member of Parliament Farooque was recently diagnosed with tuberculosis, commonly known as TB. He was admitted to Mount Elizabeth Hospital in Singapore, for treatment. Farooque was taken to Singapore on September 13. His wife Farhana Farooque accompanied him. After arriving at the hospital, both of them were quarantined for 14 days.
