Rupayan Housing Estate partners with Doctors’ Foundation for future investments

Rupayan Housing Estate Limited has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Bangladesh Doctors’ Foundation (BDF) to strengthen collaboration and explore future investment opportunities.

Shabbir Hossain Khan, chief executive officer of real estate company, and Shahed Rafi Pavel, chairman of the foundation, signed the MoU at a ceremony held at a hotel in Dhaka recently, according to a press release.

Speaking at the ceremony, Shabbir said Rupayan Housing Estate has always been committed to building long-term and meaningful relationships with its customers and partners through trust, confidence, innovation and excellence.

“Today’s event marks the beginning of a meaningful new chapter in the relationship between the two organisations,” he said.

Saif Ali Khan Atul, vice-chairman of Rupayan Group, expressed his gratitude to the guests and participants.

“The trust, support and long-standing partnerships of our investors are the core strengths of Rupayan Group. Today’s gathering is not merely an event; it is a unique celebration of mutual trust, achievements and future possibilities,” he said.

Prof M Shamim Z Basunia, structural engineer and adviser to Rupayan Group; Md Saiful Islam, deputy chief executive officer; and Shariful Islam Tareq, head of brand and marketing, attended the programme.

The MoU marks an important step towards strengthening the relationship between Rupayan Housing Estate and BDF, the release said. The two organisations also reaffirmed their commitment to fostering future investment partnerships, collaboration, mutual development and shared prosperity.

Prof MA Baki, chief adviser of the realtor; Nirupam Das, founder; AM Parvez Rahim and Halida Hanum Akhter, advisers; and other members of the foundation, as well as representatives and partners of both organisations, were also present.
