Guardian Life declares policy bonus for 2025
Guardian Life Insurance Limited has declared a policy bonus of Tk 63 per Tk 1,000 sum assured for eligible life insurance policyholders for 2025.
In life insurance, a policy bonus is an additional benefit that an insurance company may provide to policyholders based on its profits, according to a press release. In addition to the regular benefits of their policies, policyholders receive this additional amount as a share of the company’s profits.
Guided by its “Customer First” philosophy, the life insurer declared its first policy bonus in 2016. Since then, the company has consistently provided annual bonuses to all eligible policyholders.
The bonus adds to the long-term value of customers’ savings and supports their future financial planning. Retail policyholders can check their accumulated bonus amount anytime, from anywhere, through the Guardian Life app.
More than 13 million people across Bangladesh are currently covered by Guardian’s insurance protection.
The company serves more than 500 corporate clients and provides cashless healthcare services to policyholders through partnerships with more than 500 hospitals nationwide.
Guardian said it remains committed to strengthening trust and financial inclusion in Bangladesh’s life insurance sector by ensuring customers’ financial security and delivering accessible, technology-driven insurance services.
