Islami Bank holds half-yearly business development conference

Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC organised its Half-Yearly Business Development Conference 2026, which was held virtually on Monday.

Officers from four zones and two corporate branches in Dhaka, along with officers from the Mymensingh, Noakhali and Faridpur zones, joined the conference.

Md Altaf Hossain, managing director (acting) of the bank, inaugurated the programme as the chief guest, according to a press release.

Mohammad Jamal Uddin Mazumder and M Kamal Uddin Jasim, additional managing directors; Md Mahboob Alam, Mahmudur Rahman, Md Rafiqul Islam, Muhammad Sayeed Ullah and Md Maksudur Rahman, deputy managing directors; along with senior executives from the head office, zonal heads, heads of the two corporate branches and in-charges of the sub-branches, also attended the conference.
