NRB Bank launches Visa Islamic signature credit card

NRB Bank PLC has launched a new card, titled the “Islamic Visa Signature Credit Card”, to provide enhanced benefits to its customers.

Iqbal Ahmed, founder and chairman of the bank, inaugurated the card at a ceremony held at the bank’s corporate head office in Gulshan, Dhaka recently, according to a press release.

The bank’s Islamic Signature cardholders can enjoy access to national and international airport lounges, airport pick-up and drop-off services, and year-round cashback and discount offers.

Md Quamrul Islam Chowdhury, chairman of the executive committee of the bank; Minhaz Shahid, chairman of the audit committee; Shaikh Md Salim, chairman of the risk management committee; Ferdous Ara Begum, Prof Sharif Nurul Ahkam and Sk Matiur Rahman, independent directors; along with other senior officers, were also present at the launching ceremony.
