Shimanto Bank opens ATM booth for 28 BGB Battalion in Sunamganj

Shimanto Bank PLC has recently launched a new ATM booth for the 28 BGB Battalion in Sunamganj Sadar upazila.

Major General Mohammad Ashrafuzzaman Siddiqui, chairman of the bank and director general of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB), inaugurated the booth as the chief guest at the programme, according to a press release.

With the installation of the ATM booth on the battalion premises, technology-driven modern banking services have been brought closer to local residents and members of the Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB).

Shimanto Bank PLC is progressively setting up ATM booths in various remote regions of the country to make customers’ financial transactions easier, faster and more secure.

Md Nurul Azim, managing director and CEO of the bank, was also present at the inaugural ceremony, along with other senior officials from the BGB and the bank.
