Southeast Bank hands over insurance claim cheques under ‘Beton Card’
Southeast Bank PLC has handed over two insurance claim cheques to the family of a deceased employee of Marma Composite Ltd under the group insurance coverage offered through the bank’s payroll product, “Beton Card”.
The insurance benefit, provided in partnership with National Life Insurance Company Ltd, reflects Southeast Bank’s continued commitment to enhancing employee welfare and ensuring financial security for corporate payroll account holders and their families, according to a press release.
The cheque handover ceremony was attended by Southeast Bank Managing Director and CEO Md Khalid Mahmood Khan, and Marma Composite Ltd Director Azad Bin Ashraf.
Southeast Bank Additional Managing Director Abidur Rahman Chowdhury, Southeast Bank Deputy Managing Director Mohammed Rashedul Amin, and Southeast Bank Deputy Managing Director Md Sekander-E-Azam, as well as other high officials of both organisations, were also present at the ceremony.
Southeast Bank’s “Beton Card” is a specialised payroll banking solution designed to help corporate organisations efficiently manage salary disbursement and employee benefit payments.
The solution simplifies bulk wage payments, particularly for the ready-made garments (RMG) sector and other corporate industries, while offering value-added benefits such as group insurance coverage to strengthen employees’ financial protection and well-being.
