Fake Rab man held

Police arrested a fake member of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) from Ullapara upazila of the district on Monday.

The arrestee is Dipak Chandra, son of late Anil Chandra of Amdanga village in the upazila.

Police  said Anil had long been cheating people by identifying himself as a member of Rab.

In the morning, teachers of Ullapara Government Akbar Ali College confined him and handed him over to police as he used to threaten the college officials by using false identity.
