The story centres on the emotional journey of two people and the impact of separation on their lives. Khairul Basar and Arpita Mitra play the lead roles in the production.

"Tumito Cholei Jabe" features two songs. The title track, "Tumito Cholei Jabe", has been performed by Nur Rahman Pranto and Hridita, while "Tomar Preme Jonmechi" has been sung by Angel Noor.
