Hindi remake of ‘The Transporter' in the works

Bollywood is all set to make a Hindi remake of Jason Statham starrer "The Transporter". The noted filmmaker Ali Abbas Zafar will be directing the action thriller film.

The "Tiger Zinda Hai" director bought the rights to "The Transporter" for a hefty sum. Ali Abbas plans on hiring A-list actors from Bollywood to star in the film. He will begin casting for the film once he is done with his current project, "Bade Miyan Chote Miyan".

Ali currently has a shortlist of actors who he wants to cast in the film, but ultimately the final casting will depend on whether the actors will be available when the film starts its production.
