The trailer for Ranveer Singh's latest movie, "Jayeshbhai Jordaar", has created quite a buzz all over social media for its quirky tone and hard-hitting social concept.

It highlights the patriarchal approach of society and how Jayeshbhai Jordaar (Ranveer Singh) tries his best to stand firmly against it. Jayeshbhai's family forces him to have a son but he is adamant on saving his unborn daughter from infanticide.

Directed by actor-turned director Divyang Thakkar, the film also stars Boman Irani and Ratna Pathak Shah.

"Jayeshbhai Jordaar" is slated for release on May 13, 2022.
