Mahi returns to shooting with ‘Bubujaan’

After a year-long break, popular actress Mahiya Mahi has returned in front of the camera. She has wrapped up shooting for her film "Bubujaan", directed by Shamim Ahmed Rony. "I am finishing up some previous projects," said Mahi to The Daily Star, commenting that she will only do 1-2 films every year. "Bubujaan" features Misha Sawdagor, Amit Hasan, Deepa Khandakar and Joyraj, among others.

Previously, Mahi has worked in the movies "Jannat", "Ananda Ashru", and "Ashirbad".
