No exes at wedding: Ranbir and Alia’s secret pact
Two of Bollywood's biggest stars, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, tied the knot on April 14 in an intimate, dream-like ceremony in Mumbai.
According to reports, the couple had a secret pact to not invite any of their exes to their special day, and both the bride and groom stuck to their part of the deal.
So, Alia did not invite Siddharth Malhotra and Varun Dhawan.
From the groom's side, Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif were missing from the guest list, along with their respective spouses, Ranveer Singh and Vicky Kaushal. Ranbir has stayed friends with both the actresses post break-up.
As Alia shared beautiful pictures of the wedding on social media, the comment section was flooded with good wishes from fans and their colleagues from the industry alike.
Ranbir's famous exes, Deepika and Katrina, wished the couple and sent heartfelt wishes too.
According to reports, amidst Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra's rivalry, Alia's friendship with Varun was the reason that the couple decided to end their relationship. Sidharth, who made his debut with Varun in Karan Johar's "Student of the Year" was reportedly jealous of the latter's series of interesting films.
