Shah Rukh Khan, Rajkumar Hirani’s ‘Dunki’ to release in December 2023

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and renowned director Rajkumar Hirani have officially announced the title and release date of their upcoming film. 

 The movie, titled, "Dunki",  will feature Taapsee Pannu and Khan in the lead roles.

The "Zero" actor shared on Twitter that he is excited to be working with Hirani.

He also unveiled an announcement video. In the clip, Khan can be seen looking at posters of Hirani's films, questioning if the filmmaker has something for him.

To this, the director says that he has a script and Khan asks if the movie has comedy, emotion and romance. While saying the same, he does his iconic hand gesture but Hirani suggests that he avoids this action.

Set to release on December 22, 2023, "Dunki" is written by Hirani, Abhijaat Joshi, and Kanika Dhillon, and is being produced by the director and Gauri Khan.
