Shooting of Apu Biswas’s ‘Laal Shari’ to start soon
The shooting of the much-anticipated production venture of Apu Biswas, "Laal Shari", will be starting from November 1 in Manikganj. The shooting will continue till November 20.

Apu will both produce and act in this film. The "Koti Takar Kabin" actress will be seen opposite Symon Sadik in this government-grant project. Directed by Bandhan Biswas, the film centers around the life of people who are associated with handlooms.
"I have been acting for a long time. However, I always wanted to produce a film. Now that I am walking on that path, I feel happy," she said.
She further stated that all preparations of the shooting is over. Now, she just wants to start the film with the love and blessing of the audience.
"The emotion and love of every Bengali woman is associated with a red saree. I want this film to become the symbol of this emotion," she said.
In "Laal Sari", Apu Biswas will be donning the role of an influential rich weaver's daughter. She was born and brought up in a village, and had a keen interest in her father's business.
Apart from Apu and Symon, the film also stars Shahiduzzaman Selim, Doyel, and Shama – who play pivotal roles.
