“We did it”: a look at Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck's Las Vegas Wedding
Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck finally said "I do" to each other, when they tied the knot in a Little White Chapel in Las Vegas on Saturday, rekindling their 20-year on and off romance.
Jennifer Lopez announced the news via her newsletter "On the JLo" with the following statement: "We did it. Love is beautiful. Love is kind. And it turns out love is patient. Twenty years patient."
The couple wanted an Elvis Presly impersonator to officiate their wedding, however, as they arrived late, they missed the opportunity to do so.
"We barely made it to the chapel by midnight," she wrote. "They graciously stayed open for a little bit and let us take pictures in a pink Cadillac convertible; evidently once used by the king himself (but if we wanted Elvis himself to show up, then it would cost extra and he was already in bed)."
The bride wore two wedding gowns to her wedding, a full-sleeve one and another which was sleeveless. The full-sleeve gown was a beautiful white, off-the-shoulder, gown along with a matching veil from Zuhair Murad's bridal collection.
Another dress was a sleeveless white, boatneck dress which accentuated her vintage appearance.
The groom wore a white tuxedo from his own closet and looked suave throughout the event.
Ben Affleck got engaged to his lady love in April, popping the question with a beautiful 8.5-carat natural green diamond ring.
