Renowned actor Shahin Alam is on life support at a hospital in the capital. Noted singer Jane Alam passed away today (March 2) at the Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University Hospital around 10 pm. The 65 year old was under treatment at the facility.

Jaya Ahsan’s new film “Alatchakra” will be released on March 19. The film is produced by Rahima Begum, and directed by Habibur Rahman. The production is based on Ahmed Sofa’s novel of the same name, and casts Ahmed Reza Rubel opposite her in lead.
