Mejbaur Rahman Sumon’s directorial debut “Hawa” has hit the theatres in 24 halls across the country today. Star Cineplex, in Bashundhara City, was filled with people, eagerly waiting to watch the film, since 10 am.

Among the three films released this Eid ul-Azha, “Poran” released in only 11 theatres across the country. Compared to the other two movies, “Din- The Day” and “Psycho”, this was the lowest number of available halls on release.

Marking the film’s release date (July 29), the ticket sales, for areas outside of Dhaka, began on July 24. However, all available shows have already been declared houseful for the production.
