Bangladesh Development Bank holds 16th AGM

Bangladesh Development Bank PLC yesterday held its 16th annual general meeting (AGM) at its head office in Dhaka.

Ahmed Ismet, chairman of the bank, presided over the meeting, according to a press release.

Md Jashim Uddin, managing director of the bank, presented the bank’s Annual Report 2025 at the meeting.

Md Azimuddin Biswas, additional secretary of the Financial Institutions Division under the Ministry of Finance, attended the AGM as the government’s representative.

Md Abdul Mojid, Md Shah Alam, Sultan Mahmud Bin Zulfiqar, Md Shah Alam Mia, Mahbubun Nahar and Md Chaynul Haque, directors of the bank, and Parveen Akter, deputy managing director, also attended the meeting.
