Bank Asia rolls out enhanced ‘ZEN’ banking app
Bank Asia PLC has launched “Bank Asia ZEN”, the new and enhanced version of its mobile banking platform, marking another milestone in the bank’s digital transformation journey.
The bank has rebranded its Bank Asia Smart App as Bank Asia ZEN with a refreshed identity and significantly enhanced features to provide customers with a faster, smarter and more seamless banking experience, according to a press release.
Designed to make everyday banking more convenient and secure, Bank Asia ZEN offers an improved user interface, enhanced security features, and a wide range of digital banking services.
Customers can conveniently manage their accounts, open fixed deposit receipt (FDR) and deposit pension scheme (DPS) accounts, transfer funds, pay utility bills, recharge mobile phones, make QR payments, access card services, and enjoy many other banking facilities—all from a single platform.
Sohail RK Hussain, managing director of the bank, inaugurated the application at Bank Asia Tower in Karwan Bazar, Dhaka recently.
Speaking on the occasion, Sohail said the launch of Bank Asia ZEN reflects the bank’s continued commitment to innovation and customer-centric digital banking solutions.
“The new platform has been developed to meet the evolving needs of customers by delivering a more intuitive, efficient and secure banking experience.”
“Bank Asia remains committed to leveraging technology to provide world-class financial services and promote a cashless, digitally empowered Bangladesh,” he added. Other members of the bank’s senior management team were also present at the inauguration.
