The Bangladesh Monitor, the country’s leading travel and aviation publication, has opened online voting for the 12th edition of the Monitor Airline of the Year Awards.

Voting for the “Monitor Airline of the Year 2025” awards will remain open until August 25, according to a press release.

The winners will be determined through an online opinion poll of air travellers based on their travel experiences during the 2025 calendar year.

The awards recognise excellence in service quality, operational performance, customer satisfaction, innovation and overall travel experience.

Only frequent flyers who completed at least four air journeys during 2025 are eligible to participate, ensuring the results reflect informed opinions.

Participants can evaluate airlines across a range of service categories, along with several other aviation and travel-related categories.

This year’s awards will recognise excellence in 27 categories, covering international and domestic airlines as well as other key segments of the aviation and travel industry.

Eligible travellers can learn more about the awards, review the voting guidelines and eligibility criteria, and cast their votes through The Bangladesh Monitor’s website.

The publication said travellers’ feedback will help identify airlines that have consistently delivered outstanding service.
