Pubali Bank holds 2nd managers’ conference

Pubali Bank PLC recently held its “2nd Managers’ Conference-2026” for branch managers, sub-branch managers and managers of Islamic banking windows under the Barishal region.

Mohammad Ali, managing director and CEO of the bank, inaugurated the conference as the chief guest, according to a press release.

Speaking at the conference, Ali called on branch managers to perform their duties with dedication and professionalism to improve customer service standards, ensure good governance, and achieve the bank’s sustainable growth through collective efforts.

Muhammed Moshahidullah, regional head and deputy general manager of the Barishal region, presided over the event.

The conference featured detailed discussions on the progress of the bank’s business activities, deposit and loan growth, customer service improvement, reduction of non-performing loans, expansion of digital banking, and various strategies to achieve its business goals for 2026.

Md Faizul Hoque Sharif, general manager of the bank’s general banking and operations division, was also present at the conference, along with other senior officials.
